Strawberry and Cupcake

A quick sketch for fun that turned into a full color artwork.

~FaLLingStAr14 had a challenge to do with "tea party" as a theme and it had cupcakes, sundress and other sugary goodies as a must. I told her what I imagined it should be, how the girl should look if I was the one drawing it, and she convinced me to draw it, even if just as a sketch. I did it as a break from the lusco designs I was working on for ~dark-comet, and since I was happy with the sketch I inked and colored it.

Inking with a paper mate roller is a bit tricky and you might notice it looks a bit different from my usual artist sketch pens, but I wanted to learn to work with it and this looked like the good time for it.
